You may not use SwishTelecoms services for any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, harassment, or the dissemination of illegal content.

2. Network Integrity

Users must not interfere with the network's security, performance, or availability. This includes, but is not limited to, sending malicious software, initiating denial-of-service attacks, or overloading infrastructure.

3. Fair Usage

Unlimited data is subject to fair usage. Customers may not run public servers, relay high-volume traffic, or use residential services for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted in writing.

4. Spam & Unsolicited Messages

The use of our services to send spam or unsolicited communications is strictly prohibited. This includes email spam, SMS spam, robocalls, and auto-dialers.

5. VoIP Misuse

Our VoIP service is intended for personal or business use, not for reselling. Excessive usage, fraudulent call patterns, or behaviour that impacts service integrity is prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in warnings, service restrictions, suspension, or termination without refund. SwishTelecoms reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse.

7. Updates

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
