2. Network Integrity

Users must not interfere with the network's security, performance, or availability. This includes, but is not limited to, sending malicious software, initiating denial-of-service attacks, or overloading infrastructure.

3. Fair Usage

Unlimited data is subject to fair usage. Customers may not run public servers, relay high-volume traffic, or use residential services for commercial traffic unless explicitly permitted in writing.

4. Spam & Unsolicited Messages

The use of our services to send spam or unsolicited communications is strictly prohibited. This includes email spam, SMS spam, robocalls, or auto-dialers.

5. VoIP Misuse

Our VoIP service is intended for personal or business use, not for reselling. Excessive use, fraudulent call patterns, or usage that may impact service integrity is prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in warnings, service restrictions, suspension, or termination of service without refund. SwishTelecoms reserves the right to investigate any suspected abuse.
