2. Legal Compliance

SwishTelecoms US complies only with requests made by U.S. authorities. Requests from foreign law enforcement agencies must be submitted through formal international legal assistance channels such as a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or a letter rogatory.
