Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SwishTelecoms broadband and VoIP services. SwishTelecoms is a trading name of Swish World Group Inc, a company incorporated in the State of Kentucky, USA.

2. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Services

SwishTelecoms provides wireless broadband and optional VoIP services using plug-and-go hardware. All services are provided on a monthly auto-renewing basis.

4. Billing and Payments

• All plans auto-renew every month on your billing date unless cancelled in advance.
• Payment is due in full at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All payments are non-refundable. No credits or partial refunds are issued for unused time or early termination.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our network or services in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. SwishTelecoms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

6. Equipment

Each plan includes a TP-Link SwishRouter (and Yealink DECT phone where applicable). You are responsible for maintaining and returning any rented equipment in good condition.

7. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

8. Disclaimer

SwishTelecoms does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for outages or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwishTelecoms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States of America.

11. Changes to Terms

SwishTelecoms may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
